We’re looking for professionals who can Developing and serving an existing client base
Advise clients on the implementation of complex corporate structures, partnerships and joint ventures
Manage business acquisitions by way of assets or shares
Advise on corporate arrangements, reorganizations and restructurings
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
Negotiate and implement shareholder and investor agreements




Advise local and international companies on private financing transactions in all forms, including traditional debt, convertible debt and equity investments
Advise clients on corporate structures, governance issues and related strategic matters
And more Qualificatins and Skills 10+ years of relevant transactional experience
Robust analytical, communication and drafting skills
Proven client management skills
