Compensation

Competitive salary between $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and service an existing personal insurance portfolio including home, auto, tenants, and seasonal policies
- Conduct client consultations to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
- Prepare quotes, process policy updates, and oversee renewals with accuracy




- Collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable policy terms
- Support clients throughout claims procedures and policy changes
- Maintain detailed documentation within brokerage management systems
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

- Prior experience in personal insurance in a brokerage setting
- Active Saskatchewan insurance license Level 1 or 2
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
