This Operations Lead, Dry Starch role oversees the Blending & Loading operations team in a manufacturing workplace. You will work with Maintenance, Production, and site leadership to support operational objectives. The position emphasizes reliable processes, employee engagement, corrective actions, and compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direction to Blending & Loading operators
Foster engagement, accountability, teamwork, and performance
Coordinate Maintenance activities supporting operational reliability
Monitor process conditions and operational performance
Identify improvements and maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness
Requirements: Engineering, technical, or equivalent post-secondary preparation
Preferred knowledge of corn refining operations
