Coordinate warehouse operations as a Warehouse Operations Lead, using material handling expertise and sound judgment in changing daily priorities. Support secure, productive shifts.
Under the Operations Supervisor, this lead assists with coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities. The position directs assignments while overseeing receiving, put away, picking, loading, material handling, and forklift responsibilities. It supports warehouse leadership objectives through safety, quality, productivity, training, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receiving, put away, picking, and loading processes
- Direct employee work assignments alongside shift leadership
- Provide hands-on material handling and forklift support
- Train employees on operational SOPs and WIs
- Maintain safe, clean, orderly warehouse operations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE
