Lead international upmarket solutions engineering at Toast, using tailored demos, labs, and technical architecture across hybrid markets.
This player-coach lead owns the technical side of International deals exceeding 15 locations. You will support restaurant groups across the UK and Ireland, Canada, and Australia. The role combines demos, labs, integrations, security reviews, and go-live ownership.
Key Responsibilities: Run discovery-led demos tailored to multi-stakeholder buying committees
Build labs, track issues, and drive decisions
Architect integrations across restaurant technology stacks
Own technical outcomes through procurement and go-live
Build reusable demos, architectures, and RFP assets
Requirements: Seven-plus years in solutions architecture, engineering, or technical consulting
Four-plus years supporting mid-market or enterprise deals
Experience with hospitality, retail, or payments technology
Fluency in REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows
Willingness to travel across three international markets, 30% or more
Bring executive presence, integration fluency, and technical leadership to Toast’s international upmarket restaurant customers.
