Insight Global is looking for an experienced Senior Field Technician to support high-voltage electrical projects throughout Ontario. This individual will work primarily in the field, supporting the commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment within substation and utility environments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on high-voltage testing experience and be comfortable independently working with test equipment, performing electrical tests, and interpreting results.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 8-10+ years working in a electrical substation setting
Strong experience working within substations and/or the utility/power space
Hands-on experience testing high-voltage electrical equipment
Experience performing testing on equipment such as: Transformers
Breakers
CTs
PTs
