Agilus by Synergie seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer for EPC, industrial engineering, and energy projects. You will lead HVAC scopes, develop compliant designs, and mentor junior engineers. Projects span oil and gas, energy transition, mining, chemicals, and heavy industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex HVAC engineering scopes with technical ownership
Prepare HVAC criteria, specifications, datasheets, and deliverables
Perform load studies, ventilation analyses, and equipment sizing
Coordinate HVAC work with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams




Provide technical leadership as Package Lead or Discipline Lead
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
P. Eng. registration with APEGA or registration eligibility
Senior-level HVAC engineering experience within industrial facilities
Expertise in air handling, ventilation, pressurization, exhaust, and packaged systems
Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA, SMACNA, and building codes
Apply senior HVAC engineering expertise, technical leadership, and industrial project knowledge across Calgary or Edmonton assignments.
