As Associate Principal Engineer, you provide global functional leadership across customer care, sales administration, tool rentals, and service. You translate business priorities into supportable solutions while protecting the global M3 template. The work includes solution design, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, and implementation guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Customer Order Management solution design
Own functional architecture and configuration standards
Facilitate discovery and fit-gap sessions




Translate requirements into functional designs and test scenarios
Guide incidents, releases, and production transitions
Requirements: Extensive Infor M3 Customer Order Management experience
Strong order-to-cash, pricing, tool rentals, and service knowledge
Experience leading cross-functional solution design
Experience supporting global or multi-region Infor M3 environments
Understanding of integrations, testing, and release management
