Mc Master University seeks a cooperative Director of Advancement for the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Social Sciences to lead fundraising strategy, translate priorities into cases for support, and grow the donor pipeline. You will guide a seven-person advancement team and work with two Deans to increase annual revenues toward the campaign goals.
You will lead the Civic Pillar, secure gifts at 250 K+, and partner with University Advancement to plan and execute the next campaign.
