This Roll Off Driver position supports residential waste and recycling collection along assigned routes. You will complete daily vehicle inspections, operate hydraulic and compaction systems, and maintain route productivity. The work also requires accurate paperwork, equipment awareness, and compliance with safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate Roll Off trucks along assigned routes
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Collect residential waste and recycling materials
- Operate hydraulic and compaction systems properly
- Report hazards, incidents, and mechanical concerns promptly

Requirements:

- Valid DZ or AZ Commercial Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR
- At least one year of commercial driving experience
- Safe operation of heavy collection vehicles
- Flexibility for early starts and operational overtime
