Key Responsibilities: Create staffing and utilization management best practices
Lead weekly staffing meetings with leadership teams
Maintain accurate supply and demand forecasts




Match developers with projects using stated constraints
Develop metrics tracking staffing efficiency
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Five years managing programs or projects
Five years staffing teams, consulting, or corporate strategy
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
Experience with capacity planning models preferred
