This Manager role sits within BDO’s Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics practice. You will support companies facing performance, growth, transformation, recovery, and M&A; challenges. Your work combines market research, operational analysis, solution development, and practical implementation planning.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed client and market performance analysis
Participate in or lead client meetings and interviews
Craft insights and recommendations for client projects
Support proposals, presentations, networking,



and business development
Identify opportunities with existing clients
Requirements: Four to six years in strategy, FP&A;, transformation, or consulting
Robust financial analysis or modeling capabilities
Experience with data analytics and visualization
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Chat GPT, Notion, or similar tools
Superior verbal, written, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Apply financial advisory, market research, modeling, and analytics skills to BDO client engagements in Toronto.
