RENFREW COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks an Early Childhood Educator for its Early Learning Program Team. You will partner with kindergarten teachers, educators, parents, staff, and community groups. The work supports junior kindergarten and kindergarten pupils in a safe, caring, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design enriched programs addressing children’s development and learning styles
- Implement learning opportunities with the kindergarten teacher
- Observe, monitor, and assess pupil development and progress
- Communicate with families and participate in parent meetings




- Maintain a safe, caring, respectful learning environment

Requirements:

- Two-year Early Childhood Education Diploma and two years related experience
- Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Strong sensitive communication with children, staff, parents, and community members
- First Aid, CPR(C), and WHMIS certification
- Computer, organizational, and time-management skills
