Credit Execution supports both the Financial Institutions team and the Seniors Housing & Healthcare, Project & Infrastructure Finance, and Toronto & Atlantic Diversified team. The Director guides and supports Associates and Associate Directors responsible for structuring credit proposals and analyzing the risks associated with lending facilities for current and existing business clients that typically borrow in excess of $25 million. The Director is a member of the senior management group for the business banking units and reports directly to the AVP, Credit Management, Commercial National Accounts of the respective units.

Job Description
In the role of Director, Credit Execution ("DCE"), you are principally responsible for managing credit and operational risk across industry-specific commercial and junior corporate loan portfolios within the Financial Institutions team and the Seniors Housing & Healthcare, Project & Infrastructure Finance, and Toronto & Atlantic Diversified team. You are a subject matter expert with the ability to analyze and understand complex credit proposals, including multi-lender and structured financing situations, and to adapt your analysis to the distinct risk profiles, business models and transaction structures of each coverage group. You anticipate and assess the risks associated with entering into and maintaining lending relationships under a wide range of economic and industry scenarios.
