As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll work with CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team. You’ll understand clients’ goals, recommend financial products and solutions, and support their success. Your work includes cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and digital banking education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Build relationships through outreach and marketing activities
- Connect clients with appropriate people and opportunities




- Introduce mobile banking applications and explain their use

Requirements:

- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- One year of client service and sales results experience
- Critical thinking and goal-oriented approach
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
