You will establish client retention processes and actively sell through portfolio management databases. You will educate clients on dealer options while promoting an overall positive customer-focused retail setting.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Review sales agreement with the customer to ensure vehicle, options and price are correct.
