Requirements: 10+ years of progressive analytics or business leadership experience
Experience with customer or subscriber retention, churn, adoption, and engagement
Experience creating enterprise KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and frameworks
Ability to translate market signals into strategic recommendations
Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting
