The Night Shift Leader supervises Department Clerks while supporting strategy, standards, and customer engagement. This position coordinates scheduling, training, grocery orders, merchandising, and retail floor maintenance. It also ensures the store is ready for business each morning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise employees throughout the night shift
- Schedule, train, coach, and develop night shift employees
- Process and receive grocery orders
- Merchandise the Grocery Department and maintain back shop
- Manage overnight store operations and business readiness

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum six months of experience
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
