This senior position supports Baselane’s banking and financial management platform for individual landlords and real estate investors. You will translate Product and Design requirements into technical solutions, define service architecture, and deliver production applications. Baselane’s stack includes React, Type Script, Node.js, Nest JS, Graph QL, Postgre SQL, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with Product and Design to ship complete features
Design performant, reliable, and secure APIs and data models
Review code for correctness and long-term maintainability




Define acceptance criteria and validate automated tests
Partner with Dev Ops on infrastructure and deployments
Requirements: Five or more years of software engineering experience
Strong Type Script or Java Script and Node.js experience
Robust React, API, and relational database experience
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS
