Director of Business Development – Performance Marketing Creative Clicks US | Markham, Ontario | Hybrid | Full-time
Compensation: 100,000 - 150,000 + uncapped commission
Build the pipeline. Close the deals. Lead the growth. Creative Clicks is accelerating its North American commercial growth, and we're looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to help build the next stage of our operation.
This is a hands‑on commercial leadership prospect for someone who knows the performance marketing industry, has an established track record of winning advertiser business and enjoys building something from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with our CEO, personally drive new revenue and recruit and develop an initial team of two to three Business Developers.
We’re not looking for a leader who only manages forecasts and meetings. We’re looking for someone who can still win the room, negotiate the deal and show a team how it’s done.
Your mission Win advertiser business
Identify, prospect, pitch,



negotiate and close new advertiser partnerships.
Develop commercial relationships across performance marketing, lead generation, digital acquisition and related verticals.
Own the full sales cycle and generate measurable current business revenue.
Build the commercial team
Recruit, coach and lead an initial team of two to three Business Developers.
Establish effective prospecting practices, performance standards and commercial accountability.
Remain personally involved in significant commercial opportunities.
Develop the growth engine
Build a predictable pipeline, repeatable sales processes and an effective go‑to‑market approach.
Own commercial forecasting, CRM discipline and revenue targets.
Identify new advertiser segments, verticals and partnership opportunities.
Partner with leadership
Work directly with the CEO on commercial priorities and market expansion.
