Reporting to the Regional Manager, this General Manager directs a location serving industrial B2 B customers. The position combines sales strategy, project management, customer relations, and team coaching. It includes accountability for profitability, growth, safety, and overall centre direction.
Key Responsibilities: Direct overall centre activities, asset management, profitability, and growth
Develop sales strategies and expand market share
Lead inside sales, outside sales, service, and support staff
Champion a safe and healthy work setting




Prepare annual operating budgets, forecasts, margins, and inventory reports
Requirements: Completed post-secondary education or significant industry experience
Prior management experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
Sales cycle experience, preferably within B2 B environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills; SAP experience is an asset
