Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end procurement process
Help optimize procurement standards, procedures and tools
Ensure compliance, traceability and quality of contractual documents
Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and systems
Oversee requests for proposals, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations
Help prepare award recommendations and obtain required approvals
Support project teams with any supplier and contractual issues
Help manage claims and contractual disputes

Summary of certifications and jobrequirements Relevant university or technical education (engineering, administration,
logistics or supply chain)
At least five years of relevant experience in project procurement
Experience in the heavy industry, mining and metals and/or energy sectors
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
Asset: experience with international project procurement
Asset: experience with logistics and transportation
