As part of Open Text’s Global Sourcing and Contract Management team, you will support end-to-end sourcing initiatives. Your work includes category analysis, supplier due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management. You will also contribute to Source-to-Pay transformation and continuous improvement across corporate service categories.
Key Responsibilities: Support planning and execution of RFx processes
Assist internal stakeholders with contract negotiations
Conduct data analysis and drive continuous improvement
Maintain stakeholder communications, education, and training materials
Monitor compliance and maintain accurate repository records
Requirements: One to three years of strategic sourcing experience
Category management experience; procurement administration is an asset
Robust oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent experience
PC skills, including accounting or workflow systems and Microsoft Office
