Use financial analysis and restaurant leadership expertise to advise Five Guys franchisees across a multi-unit operating area. Travel is required in this role.
As a Franchise Business Manager, you will help franchise operators achieve goals through data-driven advice, coaching, and mentoring. You will support approximately 40 to 60 franchise-owned locations while partnering with owners, Operations Leaders, managers, and crew. Your work combines operational knowledge, business management, communication, and Five Guys brand standards.
Key Responsibilities: Review performance data and key performance indicators for trends
Recommend solutions helping franchise operators achieve business goals
Coach teams on Five Guys restaurant operations and standards




Recognize successes and support ongoing operational development
Serve as liaison between franchisees and corporate offices
Requirements: Five or more years of related multi-unit experience
Demonstrated restaurant experience in multi-unit operations
Ability to read P&L;, balance, and cash-flow statements
Understanding of franchise disclosure and operating agreements
Four-year college degree preferred
Apply multi-unit restaurant operations, performance analysis, and coaching skills while advising Five Guys franchise operators.
