You will guide standards, build-versus-buy decisions, lifecycle performance, and organizational development across multiple business portfolios. Lead and coach engineering managers and teams
Embed automation, CI/CD, testing, and observability
Requirements: 10+ years software engineering and delivery experience
5+ years leading engineering teams or managers
Expertise in architecture, APIs, cloud, and integration
Experience with secure engineering and infrastructure as code
Computer Science or related degree or diploma
