Lead electrical equipment sourcing for SB Energy’s advanced data centers and AI factories from Redwood City, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, or Austin.
This senior position owns category strategy, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, and supply continuity for mission-critical infrastructure. You will partner with engineering, construction, commissioning, logistics, procurement, and project teams. The work supports equipment standardization, manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, and rapid infrastructure deployment across SB Energy’s projects.
Key Responsibilities: Define multi-year strategies for MV/LV power equipment categories
Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and category planning
Manage manufacturers across quality, cost, delivery, and capacity
Coordinate technical evaluations, submittals, validation,



and standardization
Mitigate risks affecting availability, schedules, and supplier performance
Requirements: At least 10 years of skilled experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
Eight years in category management, sourcing, procurement, or supply operations
Knowledge of electrical manufacturing, capacity planning, and lead-time management
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Use commercial negotiation, supplier management, and electrical equipment expertise to support SB Energy’s mission-critical infrastructure deployment.
