Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Service Now AIOps solution architecture
Design event ingestion, correlation, prioritization, and anomaly detection
Architect monitoring, observability, cloud, and infrastructure integrations




Define CMDB and service topology dependencies
Govern designs through implementation, testing, and stabilization
Requirements: Deep Service Now AIOps and ITOM architecture experience
Knowledge of Event Management and operational intelligence
Expertise with CMDB, CSDM, Configuration Items, and relationships
Experience with REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
