As a Service Now CSM and OMT Architect, you will design and deliver end-to-end solutions. The contract supports Customer Service Management and Telecommunications Order Management. You will translate business requirements, guide technical decisions, and coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists throughout implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Service Now CSM and OMT solution architecture and technical design
Deliver order management, orchestration, and fulfilment workflows
Translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solutions
Oversee OSS/BSS, CRM,
and enterprise system integrations
Support testing, deployment, and implementation activities
Requirements: Robust Service Now Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience
Hands-on Service Now Telecommunications Order Management experience
Specific OMT implementation and complex order management experience
Strong Service Now Customer Service Management knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
