The Manager, Program Controls leads the Program Controls function at Vancouver Shipyards, providing oversight, governance, and continuous improvement of project controls across all programs. This role manages a team of approximately 5-6 professionals and supports Program Management Offices (PMOs) and functional departments (Operations, etc) in the delivery of scope, schedule, cost, resource, risk, and performance management objectives.
The position is responsible for the administration and enhancement of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), maintenance of program baselines, forecasting, performance reporting, and program metrics. The Manager also supports the development of Control
