The work serves utility construction, telecommunications, pipeline, municipal, civil construction, and infrastructure development customers. Success includes sales growth, customer satisfaction, and positioning both brands as preferred solution providers. You will also support ownership through parts, service, training, and product support.
Key Responsibilities: Develop territory sales strategies to expand revenue and market share




Prospect for recent business and respond to market trends
Promote Ditch Witch and Morbark product lines
Negotiate profitable sales contracts and terms
Build long-term customer relationships and referrals
Requirements: Three to five years of proven equipment sales experience
Construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industry background
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM proficiency
