The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Leader to help shape and grow enterprise transformation programs across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. This role brings together data strategy, analytics, AI, consulting, business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define transformation priorities, shape large-scale opportunities, and guide teams from strategy through measurable value realization.
What you will do
Build trusted relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CAIOs, business executives, and senior technology leaders.
Advise BFSI clients on enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, AI adoption, governance, modernization, and operating models.




Translate complex business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, steering committee discussions, and strategic client conversations.
Drive growth for Data, Analytics, and AI services from prospect identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Shape large consulting and transformation engagements, including solution direction, value proposition, commercial approach, and delivery roadmap.
Lead RFPs and proactive proposals, ensuring solutions are differentiated, feasible, and focused on business outcomes.
