This Manager leads the HC Operational Excellence team within Internal Firm Services. You will collaborate with HC Business Partners and Human Capital teams to improve, align, and document x Lo S processes. The assignment supports planned and bespoke services governed by defined SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Transform and simplify Human Capital processes with HCBPs
Standardize and document processes across x Lo S where possible
Apply automation and Gen AI to process improvement
Provide guidance on process-related issues and challenges
Foster continuous improvement across the HC team
