This senior project manager supports an existing CRM direction through execution, not project overhaul. The mandate requires large-scale implementation experience, with Salesforce preferred but not exclusive. You will work across detailed content, complex synthesis, multiple teams, integrations, dependencies, managers, and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities: Support and secure delivery of the existing CRM project direction
Validate information and rework detailed project deliverables
Synthesize complex issues for managers and senior management
Track schedules, dependencies, risks, decisions, and commitments
Develop mitigation scenarios and move work forward
Requirements: Seven to ten years of work experience
Led a multi-team CRM implementation with integrations
Experience with strategic and executive communication
