Key Responsibilities




Consult & Close: Advise prospective clients across Express Entry, work permits, family class, inadmissibility, and citizenship by descent, converting consultations into signed retainers. Drive Revenue Targets: Manage an active consultation pipeline and close a CAD $3 M+ annual book of business while maintaining strict legal quality and compliance standards. Scale the Growth Engine: Formalize consultation scripts, develop sales playbooks, and mentor associate-level growth lawyers. Automate Inbound Workflows: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify intake friction, refine lead scoring, and automate client follow-up mechanisms. Work AI-First: Utilize generative AI platforms daily to manage pipeline stages, conduct legal research, and test proprietary intake platforms in live production. Requirements Licensing: Member in valuable standing of a Canadian provincial law society, or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the CICC.

Experience:
