You will guide implementation, analyze performance, and shape practical recommendations for executive stakeholders and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute e Commerce operations strategic roadmaps
Optimize OMNI store space, layouts, capacity, speed, and cost
Lead data analysis and business reviews
Coordinate product, marketing, finance, operations, legal, and support teams
Coach teams developing creative ideas and business cases
Requirements: Five or more years in operations design or related disciplines
Experience designing four-wall fulfillment space and operational flows
Ability to establish standards across multiple locations
Experience with Revit, Mappit, Quickbase, or Captimus is an asset
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
