Key Responsibilities: Translate business goals into executable technical plans

Requirements: Eight years of professional software engineering experience
Two-plus years leading a team's technical direction
Experience designing React and Next.js frontends
Experience with Python and Node.js services
Robust communication with non-technical stakeholders
