Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic accounts across portfolios.
You will work with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, closing cycles of 3 to 12 months. Leads come from our sales development team and inbound inquiries; expansion to more locations and services follows a signed group.
