Lead Agile delivery at Traction Complete by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, optimizing SDLC processes, and supporting Saa S product development teams.
This Information Technology Project Manager role, internally titled Agile Delivery Manager, is an individual contributor and functional specialist position. You will champion Scrum, coach teams, align backlogs with release roadmaps, and improve software delivery practices. The work connects Product Owners, Product Managers, the CPO, designers, QAs, and developers.
Key Responsibilities: Optimize Agile frameworks and SDLC operating procedures
Facilitate standups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Translate release roadmaps into executable sprint backlogs
Remove technical dependencies, risks, and workflow bottlenecks




Report velocity, lead time, cycle time, and bug density
Requirements: Three-plus years of software delivery or Scrum experience
Active qualified Scrum or Agile certification
Degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related discipline
Knowledge of Agile principles, SDLC models, and release processes
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms
