As Lead of Analytics Engineering, you will partner with clients, advisory teams, and leadership across portfolio analysis, site and market search, and highest and best use. Your work will connect commercial real estate strategy with scalable, insight-driven products and models.
Key Responsibilities: Assess client needs and test value with key stakeholders
Guide data product direction across complex real estate use cases
Oversee data science and data engineering team work
Contribute to product testing and validation processes




Define and track success metrics for delivered products
Requirements: Strong understanding of commercial real estate strategy
At least ten years in commercial real estate strategy
At least five years with technology, data, and analytics
Strong understanding of SQL and data architecture
Proactive mindset with team-oriented relationship-building ability
