As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own Wagmo’s claims automation system within the Pet Parents squad. You will improve the pipeline that reads veterinary invoices, determines coverage, and pays claims. Your work will make processing cheaper, easier to change, and capable of resolving more claims automatically.

Refactor stages for independent testing and rollout

Improve coverage decisions using veterinary records
Requirements: Production experience shipping LLM-powered features
Experience designing or refactoring business-critical systems
Solid Python skills; Django and Type Script experience preferred
Ability to balance model cost and quality
Daily use of coding agents and AI review tools
Own production AI systems that help Wagmo process pet claims accurately, efficiently, and with greater automation.
