Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington is seeking a Service Coordinator (Youth Outreach Worker) for the Wellington-Guelph hub. The role focuses on case management, youth engagement, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support youth aged 12–25, including in-person and virtual services.

The position is full time, on-site in Palmerston, Ontario, with a 35-hour workweek and some evenings or Saturdays. Competitive benefits and HOOPP pension are offered.
