About the Chance Our client, a well-established, employee-owned multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm in Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Civil Engineering Division.
The successful candidate will manage a variety of residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) development projects, overseeing project delivery, client relationships, technical coordination, and business development activities.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering private and public development projects and municipal infrastructure improvements across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution,



and delivery of residential and ICI development projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting client expectations.
Identify business development opportunities, develop new client relationships, and contribute to proposal preparation, project scoping, and RFP assessments.
Manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate with internal and external project teams to maintain strong client relationships.
Provide technical direction on grading, site servicing, and stormwater management.
Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and communication between project stakeholders.
Review project deliverables for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable municipal standards and internal procedures.
Oversee project financials, including invoicing, progress
