As Senior Project Manager, you lead projects from planning through closeout while managing client relationships and outcomes. You coordinate feasibility, estimating, tendering, construction administration, and change management. You also guide delivery teams, manage portfolio profitability, and align resources with project demands.

Manage schedules, budgets, profitability, quality, and project outcomes
Coordinate clients, designers, consultants, trades, and internal teams
Evaluate changes, secure approvals,



and document project decisions
Mentor team members and support delivery pod leadership
Requirements: 10+ years in commercial interiors project management
Robust construction management background
Degree in engineering, design, construction management, or related field
Expertise managing project budgets and P&Ls;
Procore or equivalent construction management software experience
Bring senior project leadership, construction expertise, client communication, and financial management to Clearspace’s commercial interiors work.
