Cool IT is hiring a full-time Sustaining Technical Lead to coordinate and drive multidisciplinary sustaining engineering activities across our CDU product portfolio from production introduction through end of life. In this role, you will partner with Product Management and Project Management teams to translate business priorities into executable engineering plans while leading cross-functional efforts across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, manufacturing, quality, and test engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for managing technical risks, driving engineering changes, leading design and change reviews, supporting root cause investigations,



and ensuring product improvements are delivered on schedule and in compliance with technical, quality, and business requirements. As a key technical leader and individual contributor, you will influence stakeholders across the organization, resolve complex product and manufacturing challenges, and support the ongoing reliability, performance, and scalability of Cool IT's industry-leading liquid cooling solutions.
