Lead HSS systems, risk management, and operational readiness for BHP’s Jansen Project from Saskatoon in a hybrid work model.
This senior leadership role directs Health, Safety, Security, Hygiene, Emergency Response, and related functions. You will develop multidisciplinary teams, strengthen governance, and improve HSS performance. The position supports safe, sustainable, high-performing operations across BHP’s Potash business.

Direct governance, assurance, risk management, and operational readiness
Improve HSS systems, standards, controls, and governance processes
Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement strategies

Requirements: Experienced leadership in complex industrial operational disciplines
Health, safety, environmental, risk management, or related expertise
Success leading multidisciplinary teams through coaching and capability development
Experience implementing strategic programs and improvement initiatives
Solid analytical, strategic thinking, influencing, and change leadership skills
