As a Workday Financial Architect at Accenture, you will deliver integrated, cloud-based financial management solutions. You will guide Financials, Procurement, Projects, Reporting, Accounting Center, Treasury, and Integrations. The work combines implementation leadership, industry practices, team development, and business development across global engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex Workday Financials implementations and optimization programs
Manage multidisciplinary teams, scope, quality, risks, and delivery performance
Lead solution architecture discussions across financial capabilities
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
Coach consultants and managers across the practice
Requirements: At least twelve years delivering finance transformation and financial ERP solutions
At least eight years implementing Workday Financials
Active Workday Financials Partner Certification in required areas
Experience leading geographically distributed consulting teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
