Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on complex insurance law matters
Handle coverage, liability, major loss, and commercial litigation
Develop tailored litigation strategies for client needs
Draft proceedings, legal opinions, and strategic correspondence
Represent clients before judicial and administrative tribunals
Requirements: Membership in valuable standing of the Québec Bar
At least seven years of relevant experience
Significant complex litigation experience
Strong strategic, drafting, and advocacy skills
