As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape Okta’s expansive product portfolio with exceptional craft and fresh perspective. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, Product Management, and Engineering on complex identity problems. Your work will connect user needs, business goals, security, usability, and technical feasibility across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Drive ambitious product design strategy for your team
Design end-to-end flows across multiple personas
Frame problems with research and cross-functional partners
Develop scalable, usable design patterns
Present concepts and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements: Five or more years as a Product Designer
Portfolio demonstrating complex technical projects across design disciplines
Experience incorporating AI into design processes
Ability to own discovery through execution and handoff
Ability to attend Toronto orientation and office two days weekly
