Within RBC’s AI Group, this leader serves as a strategic peer to business executives across a Line of Business or Function. You will develop opportunity pipelines, quantify value hypotheses, and move concepts through business cases and program framing. Success requires consultative problem solving, AI/ML fluency, and partnership with AI Solutions and Research teams.
Key Responsibilities: Co-develop AI-enabled transformation visions with executives
Prioritize prospect pipelines with quantified value hypotheses
Generate concepts for complex business problems




Rethink operating models through an AI-enabled lens
Maintain alignment between ambition and technical execution
Requirements: 15+ years in consulting, technology, or AI/ML product development
