Shape customer experiences for Oxford’s office buildings in Vancouver through hospitality-level engagement, partnerships, and community programming. This fixed-term assignment is expected to last approximately 14 months.
The Community Manager partners with property, sales, retail, and site teams to maximize occupants’ sense of community. You will research engagement practices, create compelling events, support retail customers, and manage charitable relationships. Marketing, branding, public relations, feedback, and regional budget tracking are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Research and apply best-in-class hospitality engagement practices
Liaise with customer contacts to develop occupant engagement
Manage nonprofit and charitable programs and activations




Provide training resources for site program execution
Create customer feedback opportunities and refine engagements
Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant combined skilled experience
Outstanding organization and time management across multiple priorities
Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in budget and event management
Ability to develop creative, engaging, original content
Use hospitality, partnership development, customer service, and program innovation skills to advance Oxford’s Vancouver communities.
